the broker. A cover sheet is not needed for the fax because this fax comes directly into
the broker s email.
When we get your order, we will mail you a standard real estate yard sign
panel, measuring 18 x 24 . You can purchase a steel frame that fits this
sign at most DIY stores like Home Deport. Menards, Lowe s, etc. for about $15.
The seller should email the photos directly to the broker. We do not
like the photos loaded to a photo service that we have to then go get from a web
site. These photo service web sites change the photos sizes and they are usually too
small to use so we have to go through the whole photo gathering process again. When
we use photos that are too small, they blur on the MLS and you won't like them.
When we have received all the documents and the photos, your property will
be listed in the MLS. We try to list within 24 hours after receiving the documents and the
