Here's how the entire listing process works...

Ohio MLS Listing Process:

1. Access our secure server by clicking a Listing Option 'Order Now' above or call the broker directly at (614) 432-7325.

2. After you submit payment, you will then be taken to a confirmation page where a receipt can be printed and you will be directed to click through to your MLS listing forms.

3. Download the forms, complete and fax to us at (888)-263-8495.

4. When we have received all your completed documents, we strive to have your home listed within 48 hours but usually much sooner, excluding weekends and holidays.

5. Email photos in jpg format to Broker@brokerdirectmlsohio.com

6. When we have your home listed, we will email you a copy of your listing and ask you to read it over for correctness and email us any changes.

(I do not get anything from this recommendation...I just see a need for it!)
