The first step is to choose which option your wish to use. When you have made the decision, click the order now button that is right under the option for the flat fee mls listing you have decided to purchase.

Print all the documents, complete as much information as you can and either fax all the documents to 1-888-318-9910 or scan and email the documents directly to the broker. A cover sheet is not needed for the fax because this fax comes directly into the broker s email.

When we get your order, we will mail you a standard real estate yard sign panel, measuring 18 x 24 . You can purchase a steel frame that fits this sign at most DIY stores like Home Deport. Menards, Lowe s, etc. for about $15.

The seller should email the photos directly to the broker. We do not like the photos loaded to a photo service that we have to then go get from a web site. These photo service web sites change the photos sizes and they are usually too small to use so we have to go through the whole photo gathering process again. When we use photos that are too small, they blur on the MLS and you won't like them.

When we have received all the documents and the photos, your property will be listed in the MLS. We try to list within 24 hours after receiving the documents and the photos.

When we have your property live in the MLS, we will send you an email with either a link to your listing or a full agent view pdf, or both. We will ask you to read the listing and email us any changes. We will tweak the listing as much as you believe is necessary.

Anytime you communicate to us about your flat fee mls listing, please use the street name as the subject line of the email.

Anytime you wish to change your flat fee mls listing, please send the change by email with your street name as the subject line of the email. HomeWise does not charge for changes.

All buyers that call or email HomeWise will be given all the information we can give them regarding the property. We will ask if they would like to see the property. If the buyer does want to see the property, we will ask for their name and phone number and tell the buyer that the seller will contact them and show them the property. We will then email or call/text the buyer information to our seller. If an unrepresented buyer buys the property, HomeWise collects 1% commission and will shepherd the transaction to closing..

All offers will be sent to HomeWise and we will forward to you. If you have not chosen a full service option, Ohio law requires us to give the buyer agent written authorization before they can negotiate directly with the seller. We send this written authorization, along with all the seller s contact information, to the buyer agent by email.
