Access our secure server by clicking a Listing Option
'Order Now' button above or call the broker directly at (614) 432-7325.
After you submit payment, you will then be taken to a
confirmation page where a receipt can be printed and you will be directed to click through
to your MLS listing forms.
Download the forms, complete and fax to us at
(888)-263-8495.
When we have received all your completed documents, we
strive to have your home listed within 48 hours but usually much sooner, excluding
weekends and holidays.
Email photos in jpg format to Broker@brokerdirectmlsohio.com
When we have your home listed, we will email you a
copy of your listing and ask you to read it over for correctness and email us any changes.

NOTE: Per Ohio law effective October 9,
2006, options #1 and #2 provide the opportunity for the seller to waive the following
services (Ohio law does not permit the waiver of representation.....only of services),
which will NOT be performed by HomeWise or the broker:
- Seeking a purchase offer at a price and with terms acceptable to the
seller.
- Accepting delivery of and presenting any purchase offer to the seller in
a timely manner, even if the property is subject to a contract of sale, lease, or letter
of intent to lease. (Please note: HomeWise does accept offers and forward to the
seller.)
- Answering the seller's questions and providing information to the client
regarding any offers or counteroffers.
- Assisting the seller in developing, communicating, and presenting offers
or counteroffers.
- Answering the seller's questions regarding the steps the client must take
to fulfill the terms of any contract (within the scope of knowledge required for real
estate licensure).
If you wish to have HomeWise perform
these services, please order Option # 3.

(Multiple Listing Service) and REALTOR.com® for a low up
front fee. We partner with you, forming a "home selling" team; we do
those things that require a license, but at a greatly reduced fee. |

*At the
present time Supra lockboxes are only available in the Columbus MLS area. The charge
is $125. The Supra box is installed and removed by HomeWise.
**At the present
time Centralized Showing Service is only available in the Columbus MLS. There is no
cost to the seller.
***Custom
created flyer design done by a graphic artist is available for $50. Photos are
artfully displayed on the front and property information is on the back. Add this to
your order by typing it into the 'message' box on your order form. The message box
is the last field on the form.
**** HomeWise, Broker and MLS have no control over the web sites where
the listings go. The MLS provides their IDX feed of the MLS to vendors who resell to
web sites and we cannot control which sites do and do not carry
the MLS feed.

visitors to our web site nor do we share any information about our clients and/or
customers with anyone. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure
the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate electronic and managerial
procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online when clients purchase
our services with credit cards. We do maintain a Secure Server. |
