Access our secure server by clicking a
Listing Option 'Order Now' above or call the broker directly at (614) 432-7325.
After you submit payment, you will
then be taken to a confirmation page where a receipt can be printed and you will be
directed to click through to your MLS listing forms.
Download the forms, complete and fax
to us at (888)-263-8495.
When we have received all your
completed documents, we strive to have your home listed within 48 hours but usually much
sooner, excluding weekends and holidays.
Email photos in jpg format to Broker@brokerdirectmlsohio.com
When we have your home listed, we will
email you a copy of your listing and ask you to read it over for correctness and email us
any changes.

Sharon Wong helped my sellers Mike and Charlie stage their home which sold very
quickly. She has a DVD and special reports (like how you can use lighting to create
an attractive room) sellers can order on her web site which can help the seller at a VERY
affordable price. (I do not get anything from this recommendation...I just see a need for
it)
**NOTE: Per Ohio law effective October 9, 2006,
options #1 and #2 provide the opportunity for the seller to waive the following services
(Ohio law does not permit the waiver of representation.....only of services), which will
not be performed by HomeWise, the listing company, or the broker:
- Seeking a purchase offer at a price and with terms acceptable to the
seller.
- Accepting delivery of and presenting any purchase offer to the seller in
a timely manner, even if the property is subject to a contract of sale, lease, or letter
of intent to lease. (Please note: HomeWise will accept offers and forward to the seller.)
- Answering the seller's questions and providing information to the client
regarding any offers or counteroffers.
- Assisting the seller in developing, communicating, and presenting offers
or counteroffers.
- Answering the seller's questions regarding the steps the client must take
to fulfill the terms of any contract (within the scope of knowledge required for real
estate licensure).
If you wish to have HomeWise perform these services, please
choose Option #3.
