Buy with Sharon and get a BUYER CASH REBATE.   You find a property you want to buy...(yes...I will send you listings of available properties from the  MLS!), you tour it and I will write the contract, negotiate on your behalf, follow inspections and get you to closing.  I will give you back 1/3 of the buyer fee I collect from the seller on the closing statement.  You can chose to receive that rebate in one of three ways:

     1. Receive the cash after closing in the form of a check from HomeWise (FHA will not allow this if the home is financed with an FHA loan).
